Dubai is not the entire United Arab Emirates

one of the places where the modern “gold rush” is going on and everyone wants to buy real estate for investment here. With the exception of Dubai, there are 6 cities in the UAE with over 60,000 inhabitants, providing interesting investment potential.

Here is a brief overview of these sites:

Abu Dhabi
2 largest city on the west coast with 1,800,000 inhabitants
developed residential market with a large offer of real estate
property prices are half of Dubai in many locations
the economic center of the country, it makes up 2/3 of the GDP
convenient location to Dubai (approx. 1.5 hours by car)

Sharjah
a west coast location with a population of 1,400,000
the center of the oil industry, trade and fishing
developed residential market and real estate rental
convenient location to Dubai (approx. 0.5 hours by car)
headquarters of SAIF Zone

Al Ain
the only large city inland on the border with Oman with approx. 850,000 inhabitants
undersized residential development and tourist capacities
historical monuments and natural resources
near Jabal Hafit National Park

Ajman
a west coast location with a population of 500,000
a developed and sufficiently large residential market and real estate rentals
due to the size of the location, the prices and the offer of real estate, there are opportunities for investment in residential real estate
headquarters of Ajman Port and Ajman Free Zone
convenient location to Dubai (approx. 1 hour by car)

Ras Al Khaimah
a location on the north coast with 200,000 inhabitants
developed residential market and real estate rental
prices are at Dubai level in some locations
it is home to the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ)

Fujairah:
east coast location
slowly starting residential development
undersized tourist accommodation capacity
historical monuments and natural resources

Um Al Quwain:
west coast location
residential development is at the beginning,
it pays to buy apartments and land
convenient location to Dubai (approx. 1 hour by car)
